Women’s Ministries has several options for spiritual connections and growth!
We have several women’s bible study options for you throughout the week meeting online via zoom and in person. Lisa Harper’s "Believing Jesus, a Journey through the Book of Acts."This is an 8-week (Zoom) study, and we will finish on June 11th. Class will open at 9:30 for prayer and fellowship. Class begins @ 10:00 – 11:15.
A study on the book of Numbers by Melissa Spoelstra meets in the back of the sanctuary on Tuesday mornings at 10:00.
A Bible study on the influence of Christianity in America is led by Cindy Carter in the Family Center on Tuesday mornings at 10:00.
We visit friends who need encouragement and companionship. We pack up our “Tea Basket”, provide tea and visit for an hour or so. We talk, listen, pray, sing hymns and ask how we might be of help. This group meets in the parking lot of the church at 8:30 am to walk different routes in and around town. If it rains, there is no class. This a fast paced group, medium paced group and slow group…come one, come all for fellowship and exercise! Call Candace LeCocq at 360-421-1523 for information.
Ladies who knit or crochet meet at Jen Macy’s on Fridays from 1:00-3:00 to fellowship and knit shawls together (social distancing is required along with bringing your own chair and beverage). The shawls will be presented to those who have been hospitalized or are in need of comfort for whatever reason. Call Lori McNutt at 805-717-2045 for information.
