Orcas Island Community Church is delighted to welcome Pastor Scott Harris and his wife, Sandi, to our church family. Pastor Scott brings decades of faithful ministry, biblical teaching, and servant leadership. He has a deep passion for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, equipping believers to live out their faith, and building a church that is rooted in God's Word and committed to serving the community. Alongside him, Sandi has faithfully served in ministry for many years, sharing Scott's heart for caring for people, encouraging families, and investing in the life of the church. Together, they have dedicated their lives to serving Christ and helping others experience His love and grace. Scott and Sandi are excited to become part of the Orcas Island community and look forward to getting to know you.
Whether you've been attending church for years or are exploring faith for the first time, they invite you to join us as we worship, grow, and serve together. We hope you'll introduce yourself on Sunday—we're grateful to have the Harris family leading Orcas Island Community Church into this next season of ministry.

Meet Our Executive Pastor
Dr. Donald Mills & Kathleen Mills
Orcas Island Community Church is blessed to have Dr. Donald Mills serving as our Executive Pastor. Don brings decades of ministry experience, thoughtful leadership, and a heart for strengthening the local church. His passion is to support the church's mission by equipping leaders, caring for the congregation, and helping our ministries thrive.
Don faithfully served as Interim Pastor alongside Pastor Jon Hane before stepping into the role of Executive Pastor. His wisdom, encouragement, and commitment to God's Word continue to be a tremendous blessing to our church family. By his side is his wife, Kathleen, whose love for people and heart for ministry have been evident throughout their years of serving together. Together, Don and Kathleen are passionate about building relationships, encouraging others in their faith, and serving wherever God leads. At home, they're also proud companions to Ernie, their beloved bunny, who has become a fun and memorable part of their family story. Don and Kathleen are grateful to call Orcas Island Community Church home and look forward to serving alongside our church family as we seek to love God, love people, and make disciples together.
